Alonso leads in FP2 at the Saudi Arabian GP
Fernando Alonso tops FP2 at the Saudi GP with a 1:28.827s lap, leading George Russell. Verstappen slips to third, Leclerc fourth.
In the second practice session for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Fernando Alonso of Aston Martin secured the quickest lap with a time of 1:28.827s, edging out George Russell by 0.230 seconds.
Max Verstappen, who led the initial practice session held in daylight at Jeddah Corniche Circuit, fell to third behind Russell.
Charles Leclerc positioned his Ferrari between the leading Red Bulls, claiming fourth place.

Lance Stroll, in the second Aston Martin, recorded the sixth-fastest time, trailing his teammate Alonso by half a second.
Carlos Sainz, despite feeling unwell, managed seventh place, with Lewis Hamilton in eighth for Mercedes and Pierre Gasly surprising many with a ninth-place finish for Alpine.
Rounding out the top 10 was McLaren's Oscar Piastri.
